Sausages and bow tie with zucchini

5 persons/25 minutes Ingredients:

  • 1 packs Italian sausages (500gr) or spicy pork sausages.
  • 1 lb (500gr) Bow tie pasta.
  • 2 (Tbs) Table spoon of olive oil
  • 1 medium onion sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 zucchini thinly sliced
  • 1 tin(400gr) diced tomatoes.
  • 3 garlic cloves. minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • In a skillet cook sausages for 15 minutes under medium heat until cooked thoroughly.
  • remove the sausages from skillet , let to cool ,and cut into small slices and set aside
  • in the same skillet , heat the olive oil and add the onion. sauté for 2-3 minutes
  • add the garlic and zucchini.
  • Cook the pasta in salt water according to package directions.
  • Add the sliced sausages, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  • Drain the pasta and add the sausages sauce. toss to combine and serve immediately.

Gammon and mushroom with broccoli

3 persons/ time 20 minutes

  • 1 pkg (400 gr)of gammon (thaw in the refrigerator ).
  • 1 pkg (400 gr)of gammon (thaw in the refrigerator ).
  • 1 pkg (227gr) fresh mushroom .sliced
  • 700 gr Broccoli. washed and cut to flower sizes.
  • 10 cl Uht cream.
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • Cook the Broccoli in salted boiling water for 5 minutes then drain and cool under running water and place in a platter.
  • Preheat skillet at medium heat and add gammon slices for 5 minutes, then turn them over
  • add the mushroom, cream and let simmer for 5 more minutes.
  • Add pepper to taste
  • place the gammon sliced on the platter and pour the sauce over the broccoli.

Lentils and Sausage casserole

4 persons /30 mn minutes

  • 1 pkg smoked sausages, cut in 8
  • 1 pkg(454gr) lentils
  • ½ medium onion ,chopped
  • 2 branch of parsley and celery
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 carrots .diced
  • 1 sweet pepper, diced
  • 1 can (400gr)Diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil.
  • In a large sauce pan on medium heat sauté the onions and sweet pepper for 5 minutes
  • Rinse and examine the lentils.
  • Add the lentils, the sausages and remaining ingredients to the sauce pan including about 2 cups of water.
  • Simmer gently for 20 minutes until desired tenderness is reached then add salt to taste.

Creamy bacon sauce for spaghetti

4 persons/ 15 minutes

  • 2 pkg (200gr)streaky bacon,.cut in small pieces
  • 1 pkt of spaghetti ,follow the cooking instruction
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 20cl of uht cream
  • 4 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
  • Pepper to taste
  • In a small sauce pan cook the bacon until gold.
  • drain the excess fat ,add the garlic and the cream.
  • simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce reach desire tickeness.
  • and set aside while the pasta is cooking
  • Drain the pasta and incorporate them to the sauce , Add some parmesan cheese.

Sauted chipolatas sausages and vegetables rainbow

3 persons/30 minutes

  • 2 pkg of chipolatas sausages.
  • 1 onions ,sliced.
  • 3 cloves garlic .minced
  • 1 lbs (454gr )pumpkin diced
  • 1 lbs carrots diced
  • 1 red pepper in thin sliced
  • 1 green pepper in thin sliced
  • 2 branch of Celery sliced
  • ½ leek sliced
  • 2 Tbs olive oil.
  • In a skillet cook sausages for 10 minutes under medium heat until cooked thoroughly.
  • remove the sausages from skillet, set aside.
  • in the same skillet ,heat the olive oil and add the onion, sweet pepper. sauté for 2-3 minutes
  • add the garlic and the cut vegetables stir them up add salt and pepper to taste then add the chipolatas and cover.
  • Stir up frequently until vegetables are cooked .
  • Tasty and colourful dish...

Lamb and beef sausages with couscous

3 persons/20minutes

  • 1 pkg of lamb and beef sausages
  • 1 can (400gr) of garlic and tomato sauce
  • 200 gr of couscous, follow the cooking instruction according to package directions.
  • 1 Tbs of olive oil
  • In a skillet cook sausages for 5 minutes on each side under medium heat.
  • Add the tomato sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes, until cooked thoroughly.
  • To Cook the couscous poor boiling salted water over couscous (1.5 of water to one volume of dry couscous), cover tightly and letting it absorb the liquid for five minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork adding the olive oil. It’s ready.
  • Make a couscous dome in a plate and serve the sauce and sausages over it


  • Always better to thaw product in the refrigerator prior to cooking.
  • All sausages can be cook in a oven .Place the sausages in a oiled baked pan ,place in a hot oven for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the sausages sizes.
  • For large parties the sausages could precook in an oven to speed up the BBQ cooking time.
  • Do not make hole in the sausage casing prior or during cooking.
